My image/video generation failed — what happened?
Credits are not deducted for failed jobs. Try again with a shorter or simpler prompt. If the issue persists, check CineStudio AI status or contact support.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Email info@reoninfrasoft.com with your order ID and reason.
My credits are showing 0 but I just paid — what do I do?
Sometimes payment verification takes 1-2 minutes. Refresh your dashboard. If credits still don't appear after 10 minutes, email us with your Razorpay payment ID.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes — content you generate is yours to use commercially. Review our Terms of Service for specific restrictions.
How do I upload my own character to the Character Library?
Go to Dashboard → Character Library → click any empty slot → upload your image. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Max size: 50MB.
What languages are supported for dialogue generation?
CineStudio supports 64+ languages for dialogue including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese, and more.
How long does video generation take?
Typically 60–180 seconds depending on video duration and complexity. You can continue using other features while it processes.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Email info@reoninfrasoft.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. All your data will be removed within 30 days.
When Contacting Support — Include:
- Your registered email address
- Description of the issue
- For billing issues: Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID
- For generation issues: the prompt you used + Job ID (visible in URL)
- Screenshot if possible
